FTView windows-ease build

Since newer versions of FTView has left column which I don't like, I make modifications based on a intermediate version between 2.4.10 and 2.4.11.

Changes:
- really setting windows title
- fixed [F10] key handling
- tries to find valid point number for bitmap fonts upon startup and changing font size
- new switch: -M and -W for loading UTF8-noBOM text file for Text demo(-M) and Waterfall demo(-W)
- make pt argument optional for single font display, easing the use of dropping font file to ftview.exe
- changing step to 2pt in waterfall demo
- no more console window, using Message Box for error messages

breakcpi for win32/linux

I found the there is no win32 or linux version of cpi2fnt or breakcpi, and there is no tool in psftools for extracting FNT raw font from CPI files.
I hacked READCPI(internet archive link) to make it work in win32 and linux.

xmbefed-4.7 cygwin binary

I compiled xmbefed-4.7 and lesstif-0.95.2 in cygwin 1.7.

You need a X11 server(for example Xming/VcXserv) and set DISPLAY environment variable to run xmbefed, like fontforge and such.

set DISPLAY=:0
xmbdfed

P.S.: You may need installing X11 fonts as well.

GNU HTTPTunnel MinGW build

I ended up hacking GNU HTTPTunnel 3.3 sources with gnulib making it compiles in MinGW, so no more cygwin1.dll!
